On this wedding cake i did at the Mountain City Club, the bow on this cake was edible. It was made out of Sugar Veil. A new product that is mix between royal icing and fondant. Very different to work with, but very beautiful results.

Alway one of my favorite cakes of the year is for a very special girl!

 My first shoe i made out of gumpaste and fondant.
Think cake smelled so yummy.. but I'm a chocoholic!! lol
